Owner
Matthew Newman has 27 years of experience; 13 years as a local government current land use planner in California and Oregon and 14 years as a private land use consultant and manager. He has extensive experience with project management, land use planning and the development/permitting process at many local jurisdictions in Oregon and SW Washington.
Steve White, PE
Owner
Steve White has 33 years of experience, and has a background with a variety of public civil engineering projects with NW Engineers and other companies as well. This experience includes sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water resources, road design, parking lots and survey. As a principal and engineering manager at NWE, Steve currently provides oversight and quality control for many of our civil engineering projects.
